Free: Single bed and mattress ( with fire safety label ) (Great Yarmouth NR30) Gifted This bed is not a divan . It has a solid base and casters so is easily moved. I've only had it a couple of weeks . I bought it from the British heart foundation shop to use while I had some work to do in my bedroom and couldn't do it without dismantling my double . As you can see , I do not have a pet free home so if that doesn't bother you ! Collection only from South Quay , Great Yarmouth.

Free: Exercise bike. (Great Yarmouth NR30) Gifted I have had this exercise bike for a few years but no longer use it. I don't have the tray and one of the batteries in the display leaked and caused a small spring to corrode and break off. An easy fix for anyone with a soldering iron. A very comfortable bike. Collection only South Quay .

Free: Jars (Great Yarmouth NR30) Expired I think some people use these coffee jars for their scented candle making. If they are of use to anyone let me know as I hate throwing them in the recycling bin where they are broken and crushed. Collection only South Quay GY .

Free: Phone (Great Yarmouth NR30) Gifted This phone is only 3g so is not usable as a phone , but it is internet capable for all your browsing and the camera is quite good for an older phone . Unfortunately I don't have the charger but it is the usb type so quite easy to use any compatible cable/lead . Collection only South Quay GY
