Gaming Bed (Epsom) Gaming bed. Steps lead up to a standard single bed. Small shelf for books. Underneath is a desk with a shelf for computers and monitors. Dimensions are: 199cm high, 197 long, 144 wide. Normal single mattress. Will need to be taken down when you visit so you can see how it goes together. Good condition with only a couple of knocks.

Sofa and Chair pair (Epsom) Gifted Light blue 2-seater sofa and single seat chair. Condition good but a few small stitching issues along the bottom. Sofa dimensions are 125cm long, 85cm deep, 75cm high Chair dimensions are 85cm long, 85cm deep, 75cm high Cushions not included. Comes from a home with pet cats. Pick up Friday or Sunday preferred.

Lego play area for wall and floor (Epsom) Gifted A custom Lego play board made up of 12 large official Lego plates. Includes the wall hanging piece that screws into the wall with standard screws and rawl plugs. Lifts onto wall so you can create space. Place on floor to play. Surprisingly capable at keeping your builds in place when vertical. We used it to display small Star Wars builds and show off our mini-figs and then do big battles when it was on the floor. Good for Lego stop-motion filming too as the area is so big. Dimensions: Frame: 161cm wide by 121.5cm tall Lego studs: 48 x 4 wide = 192 studs wide 48 x 3 tall = 144 studs tall

IKEA sprung bed slats (Epsom) Expired 200cm x 60cm good condition. They are slightly sprung so extra comfortable compared to standard slats
