Ladies/Teenage girls insulated winter coat with hood, and zip closure. UK size 10. Colour black. Regatta brand. It has been well worn, and has some small wear and tear to inside arm seam, and needs seam stitching up under the arm on one side (about 6 cm), and where hood joins (about 4cm) as shown in photos. Upper pocket linings also need some stitching up. Missing a few press studs, e.g. from pocket flap as shown in photo, but they are not essential. There is still life in this item and with a little bit of sewing it will provide someone with a winter coat. Collection from RG1 3LJ. Please state when you can collect when responding.

3 homemade floor length evening dresses, size 8-10 ish. Please note they are not neatly finished on the inside. Pale green dress, size 10 ish, still suitable for being worn as it is. Has a Bridgerton vibe! But you could also repurpose the fabric. Dark grey dress, size 8, only suitable for repurposing fabric as design means it is as very difficult to get on and off. A large quantity of old wooden laths which I have recently removed from an old lath and plaster ceiling. The internet suggests these make good kindling. They are certainly dry. So before I take them to the tip I thought I would offer them here. Please note that some of the laths still have nails in so you will need to remove those before burning as kindling. You will need to bring a large robust sack or box to collect these, and some protective gloves to handle them. Collection only from RG1 3LJ. If you are interested please state when you can collect. Not suitable for doorstep collection as they will be useless as kindling if they get wet.

Women's or girl's coat. UK size 8 according to label, but it is close fitting so would work for UK size 6 or 8. Colour is dark grey. Wool effect fabric (but not wool). It is smart and has a nice fitted shape. Zip closure. The coat and fabric is in good condition as it has not been worn often. There is plenty of wear left in it. It is missing 2 buttons on front but these are decorative only and could easily be replaced, and the lining of 1 pocket needs stitching up.
