Free: IKEA white cotton roman blind (Belper Town centre) IKEA blind. It has been well used and been carefully hand washed in the bath. It has a few marks on it and I think a slight tear/hole, but another hand wash would help and the tear wouldn't be visible once rolled up. It's about 97cm wide and 168cm long. Free: Ercol easy chair (Belper Town centre) Gifted Ercol patterned easy chair from Hunters in Derby. It is about 20 years old and has been well-used, but it does have a fire safety certificate. Whist still comfortable to sit in, a couple of the springs may require some attention. It will require a large car or small van. Please note, it is heavy so two people would be preferred, but we can help with lifting if necessary. Free: Metal obelisk/climbing support (Belper Town centre) Gifted Lightweight grey metal obelisk. I used it for supporting climbing plants and green beans. It pushes into the ground to keep it firm. It is very lightweight, but has never blown over. I'm only replacing it as I had a heavier one for Christmas. I noticed when I took it out of my vegetable bed that it needs a screw and washer on one of the legs, but it holds okay without. Request: Soil sieve (Belper Town centre) Expired Does anyone in Belper have a soil sieve they no longer want or one I could borrow, please? I have several trugs of gravel mixed with earth that I need to sieve to reuse them separately, and it's taken hours already picking each bit of gravel out by hand....I would be very grateful! Free: Wood (Belper Town centre) Expired We've replaced our sleeper edging step as it was starting to rot. There is a piece left (6ft length/3-4" depth) which is flaking, but some is okay underneath. If anyone is interested in salvaging what's usable or taking for firewood, let me know. It will need to be carried through two gates and up the side steps to the front (a dozen or so), but we can help if needed. PLEASE NOTE: this has been pressure-treated.
