Light Blue Emulsion Paint (Old Walcot SN3) I'm looking for some emulsion paint, ideally a light blue matt. This is for a theatre project to paint some stage flats to represent interior wall of an apartment. Other colours might be useful too - let me know if you have a few litres or more, basically! Learning Python (Old Walcot SN3) Expired Good resource for learning the Python programming language. Over 600 pages of good explanations. Note that it is dated as it only covers Python v2.x, but still a good intro to the language and most of it still applies to Python v3.x

Industrial Castors x17 (Old Walcot SN3) Gifted Industrial castors, used. As can be seen from pictures, the outside surfaces of the wheels are badly perished. The metalwork is sound and the swivel mechanism is fine. 17 in total, so quite heavy.

Functioning Laptop (no frills) (Old Walcot SN3) Expired If anyone happens to have a functioning laptop, capable of running Windows 10 or similar, I'd like to know. I'm able to do basic update tasks like replacing a SATA hard disk or adding memory, so even it it's a bit under-specced I can do something with it. Just wondering if I can make-do-and-mend with what I have rather than buying something brand new as I mainly use it for browsing the document editing. Thanks.

Colour and surface condition not particularly important - Im looking to put boards across the rafters but I'm not doing a full loft conversion. Have car, can collect.

Small Tumble Drier (spares/repair) (Old Walcot SN3) Expired Small tumble dryer for spares or repair. Most likely needs a new drive belt. Electrics seem OK, heater comes on, timer OK but drum doesn't spin. If fixed, might suit small home as its compact. Vents directly to front, no tubes. Various fix videos on YouTube suggest it can be dismantled and new belt can be fitted.

Large stepladder (Old Walcot SN3) Expired Does anyone local have a large aluminium stepladder ? It's for indoor use to access stage lighting. I've been advised that a lightweight combination ladder around 5m would be ideal, but maybe scaffolding could also be used. I look forward to any replies or suggestions though it's a bit of a long shot, I'll grant you.

Salvaged Li-Ion cells (Old Walcot SN3) Gifted Couple of dozen small Li-Ion rechargeable cells recovered from discarded consumer products (it really is shocking that they are used in disposables, but that's a rant for another day). Useable in hobby electronics projects, but please note these are not suitable for the average consumer - will need a dedicated charger circuit and you should know how to use them safely and responsibly.

2x 42" TVs (old, heavy) (Old Walcot SN3) Gifted Two large screen TVs - 1x Toshiba 42XV555D, 1x Sony KDL-40S2010, 42" or thereabouts (you can google the exact specifications). These are not smart TVs nor are they HD. Most likely 15+ years old, and definitely heavy. Screens were functional when put into storage having been used as part of stage props, but stands are incomplete or missing, as are remote controls. Inputs include HDMI, SCART, component video and VGA, so you can connect them to pretty much any kind of video signal. For exact specifications you can find archive copies of the manuals online.

Laptop power supply (Old Walcot SN3) Received Looking for a laptop power supply for a Lenovo Thinkpad X220. They are typically rated at 20V and have a circular (barrel) plug into the laptop. It's a bit of a long shot, but I will take one if you have it. Photo shows an example including the barrel jack. (Updated from previous posting as do now have a docking station thanks to a generous freegler)

PVC pipe offcuts (Old Walcot SN3) Expired I'm looking for PVC pipes of the kind usually used for waste water - fairly rigid, and either 22mm or 32mm diameter (not the much wider pipes used for big downpipes and drains). Any lengths over 60cm long (a couple of feet in old money) would be good. Condition not relevant as it's for an art project rather than actual plumbing. Can collect within range of Central Swindon, or Shrivenham.

LED Decorative Lights (Old Walcot SN3) Expired Christmas is (nearly!) over. If you have bright LED lights that are now surplus to requirements, please let me know. Things that run off batteries may not be bright enough so I'm interested in anything that needs a transformer. This is for set decoration for an amateur theatre show next year. Multi-coloured strips are particularly welcome. Part-damaged items considered (a photo helps).

Light bulbs and sockets to build a chaser display (Old Walcot SN3) Expired I'm looking for parts to make a row (or several rows) of chaser lights. If you happen to have actual fairground lights, that would be great. More realistically, if you have a job lot of light bulbs and batten holders that might do the job, I would be interested. I'm looking for mains powered lights, in order to get decent power, and not battery operated garden lights or Christmas tree decorations. A row of 40w or 60w bulbs maybe? Open to ideas! PC desktop power supply (Old Walcot SN3) Expired Looking for a power supply from a PC desktop to power a custom light project. The power supply unit is usually a grey metal case with a mains input and switch, a fan, and the output cable to attach to the computer's motherboard and peripherals, outputting 5V and 12V. I am prepared to take an otherwise unwanted desktop computer and extract the power supply from it it if necessary. (This is not the same as a laptop power supply, which has a different design optimized for charging batteries.)

Washboard (Old Walcot SN3) Expired Does anyone have an old washboard? Ideally, a wood frame and metal body, of the kind that was (and I suppose still is) used for skiffle bands. The condition isn't particularly important. It's for a theatre prop.
