1921 Baldwin "Ellington" Upright (Fort Washington MD) This is a great upright piano, both for beginners and experienced players. I have owned it since 2020 and have had some major work done to it (sound board mostly). It has been regularly tuned, and is ready to go to a good home. I'm only getting rid of it because I have upgraded to a baby grand. No sticky keys and nothing unplayable! Has a beautiful wood finish. Own this piece of history, produced in the name of the great Duke Ellington! You are responsible for the moving costs, which should be around 2-400$ for the DC area. Only one flight of stairs and a large driveway for easy loading. If you bring some friends and want to do it yourself, I might be able to help.

Queen Size Metal Bed Frame (Fort Washington MD) Gifted Looks like the one in the picture. Didn't snap a picture of it before taking it apart. Very good condition except for one support beam, which is not vital anyway. Comes with all screws.

Very comfortable IKEA futon (Fort Washington MD) Gifted Queen size futon with clean barely used mattress, comes with cover. Only imperfection is a piece of the frame that snapped, doesn't affect the integrity of the piece as either a couch or bed, but just causes the mattress to make noise when you roll over onto it. Still a very comfortable futon!
