Two twin mattresses, one metal platform frame, and one mattress topper. All in excellent condition in a smoke free home. Mattresses are clean and stain free. Kids have moved out and no longer need. Stored them in the spare room which is why they are stacked. Added picture of them separated. Bed frame/platform is from amazon and does not require a box spring.

Standard height one piece Eljer toilet. Color is bone. 1.6 gallon flush. Recently replaced fill valve and handle. Toilet is working. We are just replacing with a chair height toilet. Hate to see it in a landfill since it works and is in good condition. Curbside pickup in Stanhope if interested.
