Free: Paint brushes, 50mm and 37mm (New Town TN22) Four brushes, two 50mm and two 37mm. Used once or twice but bristles are clean enough for further use. These are only cheap plastic/synthetic brushes ideal for rough jobs.

Free: Water filter kit (New Town TN22) Complete kit to enable DIY fitting of a filtered water tap. The filter, fittings and all BT one pipe are brand new. The tap, brass junction pieces and attached plastic pipe are used. Instructions included.

Free: IKEA pendant lights (pair) (New Town TN22) Gifted A mix of new and excellent used parts forming two complete pendant lights. New ceiling rose and associated fittings from the IKEA Jällby set with instructions. Used pendants with 50cm black plastic flex, antique brass finish bulb holders for standard ES or E27 screw-fit bulbs and glass dome shades 200mm diameter (110mm diameter hole at bottom). The pendants can be wired into your existing ceiling rose or you can use the Jällby rose parts supplied. Ideal for fitting with decorative bulbs.

Free: 17 matching cupboard door or drawer handles. (New Town TN22) Gifted Set of 17. Used but in excellent condition including screws. Antique nickel finish. The centres of the fitting holes are approximately 76mm apart.

Free: Steve Brown toilet seat (New Town TN22) Gifted A lovely quirky Steven Brown design toilet seat made by Croydex. The lid is in excellent condition (what looks like marks are just light reflections). Two of the feet under the seat have been flattened (after-market replacements can be purchased) but otherwise excellent condition. This was a self-closing lid but the mechanism failed, so has been removed. I'm loathe to throw away such a lovely design but I don't have the skills to replace the self-close mech.

Free: Art deco armchair (New Town TN22) Expired Tan coloured vinyl. Size 42" wide, 37" deep, 33" high. Sits on 4 wide wooden feet. Very comfortable. Some wear plus some paint marks but plenty of life left. I picked it up for free yesterday but it's too big for me to carry indoors. It's currently outside so needs to go as soon as possible; therfore, I will favour those who can collect soonest. It's easily accessible at the front of my driveway.

Free: Bicycle rear carrier rack for 26/27 inch wheels (New Town TN22) Expired "Nimrod" aluminium rack, black. Will fit standard (non-rear suspension) bikes with 26" / 27"or 650c / 700c rear wheels. Well used with some chips and scratches but no structural damage.

Free: Metal watering can with rose (New Town TN22) Gifted Galvanised steel painted red. Capacity approx 3 gallons/ 13 litres. Had a leak which has been sealed - see photos.

Free: Selection of handsaws and tenon saw (New Town TN22) Gifted One 10 inch tenon saw and three handsaws ranging from 21 to 23 inches. The tenon saw is made by Draper, is modern and has a good blade. One of the handsaws is made by Spear and Jackson, is modern and has a good blade. The other two handsaws are vintage of unknown makes. The oldest vintage handsaw probably dates from the 1950s.

Free: "Bat-aid" tablets for rejuvenating car batteries. (New Town TN22) Gifted Sealed, unused packets x2. These are used for older style car batteries (or similar lead-acid batteries) that have removable caps to checking and topping up each cell.

Free: Dark green marble floor tiles and cream metro tiles (New Town TN22) Expired Ten dark green marble or marble effect floor tiles about 100mm x 100mm. Three pale cream metro tiles with bevelled edges about 750mm x 100mm.

Free: 2mm tile spacers x 1000 (New Town TN22) Expired One pack of 1250 x 2mm long leg plastic tile spacers. Pack has been opened so probably about 900 mostly unused remaining. One pack of 1000 x 2mm standard plastic tile spacers. Pack has been opened and contains some used spacers plus a few other sizes so probably about 500 used and unused remaining.

Free: Rolls of foam and rubber draught excluders. (New Town TN22) Expired Used for door and window apertures. Two rolls of foam strips: one unused 15m, the other is a bit shorter. Both suitable for 1-3mm gaps. Two rolls of rubber P-section strips: one unused 5m, the other is a bit shorter. Both suitable for 2-5mm gaps. One roll of rubber E-section strips unused 5m plus some other off-cuts.

Approx 8m red 2-core 1mm cable (used for 240v domestic appliances). Used. Approx 9m and approx 5m co-axial cable (used for TV ariel to TV connection). Unused.

Free: BT twin phone socket plus metal back box. (New Town TN22) Expired BT slave socket (i.e. not a master socket) with two outlets for standard BT phone plugs. Slightly discoloured with age. Also, metal back box, 25mm deep, for mounting the sockets flush in a brick wall.

Free: 135 degree chrome pipe connector for 35mm pipe. (New Town TN22) Expired Boxed, unused. Chrome plated metal. Compression fit connectors. Typically used for domestic sink/basin waste pipes.
