Table lamp (Abbey Lane Area LE4)
On offer is a John Lewis touch-operated table lamp. It's missing its shade which was broken when one of my cats decided to remove the lamp from its bedside position and sent it crashing to the floor, showing no remorse whatsoever! 😂 A replacement shade is available from John Lewis should you wish to purchase one from them.

Wheel chair (user) cover (Abbey Lane Area LE4)

On offer is a shower-resistant wheelchair user's cover. Designed to fit over the whole body, it features an elasticsted hem to fit over the foot rests, sleeves with knitted cuffs and an integral hood. It also has slits in the rear for the handles to go through. Shower-resistant it's also great for windy days when you need that extra layer of protection.

It was left behind by a ermm.."delightful musical tenant" who has abrogated responsibility for dealing with his possessions by leaving it in the hallway. There's no power cable with it so I do not know if it works, so you accept it on that basis. If it doesn't, I'm sorry, if it does, great!

On offer is this lovely side table. It does have some slight damage to the bottom of one of the legs which has been crudely repaired but given its position you would not see it especially if you turn the table to the wall. Size is 20" x 20" x 21".

Display cabinet (Stoneygate LE2 1)

On offer is a mahogany display cabinet. The (removable) top half is divided into three with the left and right hand sides having glazed doors, with the central area open but finished with an arch, surmounted by a Prince of Wales feathers moulding. Each display area has three glass shelves which are all intact. The electric lights in the roof of the cabinets was were all working last time it was used (at least 3 years ago!) The bottom half consists of three matching drawers and doors to the shelved storage area underneath. Approximate dimensions are: Width 4' 6" Height 6' 1" Depth 1' 6" THIS WILL REQUIRE A VAN AND 2 PEOPLE TO MOVE.

On offer is a double (4' 6") headboard. The covering material is made of Faux leather but as can be seen, it has developed a tear from use. (Originally purchased in 2011 so it's lasted quite well really) The wooden mounting strios are avaliable but one of them is broken. Replacement kits are available from Amazon though. Dimensions = 4' 6" x 2'

Can't remember what they were originally intended for but they've been sat in the corner of the hall for 12 months as we've thought "we must find a use for them" but we still haven't. My in-laws have just had their kitchen refurbished and all the drawers knobs and handles have been replaced. So on offer then is a collection of crazed porcelain cabinet door furniture. In total there are 29 knobs and 16 handles plus 3 damaged ones and associated fixing screws.

On offer is an adult 21-speed Mountain bike. It's seen better days to he honest but it's a relatively easy fix for someone that likes tinkering with these things. It will need 2 tyres in order to make it rideable. Front suspension doesn't work. Gel saddle fitted and it could do with one of the gear change cables replacing if you want to be picky. It's been in my garage a while now thinking "I'll fix that next week" but "that week" still hasn't come around and I'm not sure it will! 😂

An assortment of 20 and 25 litre containers, the 20's have had antifreeze in and the 25's have had windscreen washer fluid in. They have all been washed out but would benefit from further cleaning depending on your intended use.
