Free: Single Pax wardrobe 236 tall (Sutton SM1) 236 h x 50 w x 58 d. With drawers. Needs to go asap. Measure up properly please. Will be dismantled, for transport, but will leave as many of the internal fixtures in place.

Free: Ikea pax wardrobe with drawers (Sutton SM1) 233 tall x 100 wide x 58 deep. Needs a van or i can take it apart. I have 2 extra doors (1 mirrored and 1 oak so you could go all mirrored or all oak).

Free: Lots of baking items (Sutton SM1) Gifted Baking moulds, cake pans, icing tools, silicon mats, biscuit cutters , partially used numbered birthday candles. The items have been in storage and should be cleaned thoroughly before use.

Free: Games & crafts (Sutton SM1) Gifted Assortment of games and craft-type sets. Some of the crafts have been used up a little, but still more than enough to occupy time. Will prioritise someone who can take them all.

Free: Bosch washing machine logixx 1600 (Sutton SM1) Gifted Generally works great, but needs some tlc. Bottom plastic panel needs to be screwed back on and filter cover has gone walkabout. The lcd screen is a glitchy but operation isn't affected. Door sensor sometimes works faultlessly and sometimes need a few closes to register a shut door.
