Sturdy and waterproof still. Damage to flooring and corners due to it being used as a rabbit hutch (they liked to nibble the wood)hence the cat flap. Shelf can be removed Roof felt was replaced recently You will have to dismantle and remove yourself which is a 2 man job Please examine photos Needs to go ASAP
