Old Synology NAS Enclosure (Stourport on Severn DY13)
This is a Synology CS-406 NAS enclosure that was in use until recently when the hard drives were removed for use elsewhere. The CS-406 only uses the old and insecure SMB-1 protocol that is disabled by Windows by default (but can be turned on) so it's not recommended for use with an internet-connected PC, but may be suitable for anyone with an interest in vintage PC equipment or hardware tinkerers. This is the enclosure and power supply only, no hard drives are fitted. Support software and manuals can be found and downloaded via the web.
