I have the RB 1820C 2.0Ah One + battery but apparently all Ryobi 18V One + chargers work with all models of One + batteries. I acquired two tools and the flat battery on Freecycle from a lady in Seaton. So even a loan of a charger (or I could leave my battery with you) would be helpful in trying to find out if any of the items work. Thanks for having a look.

The battery seems to be faulty. It runs for about 2 seconds and then stops with orange light flashing - whether you charge for 30 seconds or 3 hours. For parts or repair or purchase of new battery (Dyson ones cost about £60 and others are available for much less - but you take your chances!). I don't know if it will work properly with a new battery as I just acquired the system via Freegle.

This is very rusty and motor worked when last used about 10 years ago, but it was very smokey on start-up. Drive does not work. May be useful for parts or MIGHT be repairable enough as a push mower for rough ground where you don't want to use a good mower.
