Nordic Track Ellipse 950e cross trainer (The Camp AL1) Gifted Works well but does make a squeaky noise when the resistance is on. If you have music on or wear headphones it might be ok. Folds down and fitted in my Volvo estate a few years ago

walking poles (Sopwell AL1) Received I am looking for one pole or a pair of walking poles to improve my stability over uneven & muddy ground. Never used before but I am told it may help as I age.

Panasonic 42” Plasma Freeview TV (Boscombe BH1) Gifted One of the early plasma Panasonic TVs. Good condition. Works well and just tested on Freeview and both HDMI inputs. 40” wide x 30.5” tall including stand. Can detach from stand with four screws reducing height to 27.5” TV is 30kg without stand which I guess adds a further 8kg, so better with two to lift !
