160cm x 200 cm (European King Size) sturdy wooden black bed frame with four drawers under bed storage. Has some mild wear and tear but is in good condition. Would need reassembly as bed frame is packed up ready to be collected from Vauxhall SE11.

5ft tall artificial Christmas tree in decent condition, free to a good home. Haven’t used it for years, been stowed away in a cupboard but having a big clear out and we had some good times. Alas, it’s time to say goodbye so it can bring Christmas cheer to others. Or it can be taken apart and turned into a fabulous gown or something kind of art project. Free to collect from Vauxhall.
