Approx 60” long, 20” wide. Adjustable back and seat/leg positions. Use with free weights to work chest, shoulders, back, abs, and legs. Rarely used; in excellent condition. A couple of small surface dents due to storage but fabric is intact. Because the bench needs to be pulled from storage, may be more convenient for me to drop it off to you once you agree to accept it, depending on your location.
