Electric leather sofa and armchair (Great Bromley CO7)

Genuine leather electric recliner two seat sofa and matching armchair. Both in good condition, no rips or tears. These are real leather, NOT cheap faux leather. They are super soft and very comfortable. Motors and full recline action all work perfectly. Sofa measures 120cm width. Armchair is 100cm width. They are quite heavy with the motors etc so will need a van and possibly two people to lift - although I can help if needed.

Rattan garden furniture (Great Bromley CO7)

2 single seats, 1 double seat, 1 glass top table. All in black rattan. A bit grubby where it has been outside so will need a quick wash with an hose and it will be lovely for the summer. Also have brand new (still in the box) cushions to go with it, they are cream colour. The bottoms of some of it are a little tatty as per pic but still very comfy to sit on.

Approx 22.5 square metres of sandstone flag stones, different sizes & shapes. Lovely golden yellow colour when given a quick clean with a jet wash as shown in pic. Also includes decorative round table / seating area as pictured. Will be heavy so would need a van to collect.
