Boat project (Deal CT14)
We are giving away this GRP boat. It is 2 metres long and 1.5 metres wide. It has decorated our flat roof for a few years but it is time for it to move on to a new home. The boat is showing wear and tear and would be a fun project for someone, great as a garden project. I drilled some holes in the bottom of the boat so rain water would not build up so it would need fixing if you want to go boating. It’s available for collection from North Deal and will need lifting down from the roof, a few strong arms would do it! I’m looking to pass it on quickly and if it doesn’t go in a week it’ll sadly be cut up and disposed of.

Esse Flueless Gas Stove (Blackheath SE3)

Comes with a remote control and original Esse marketing booklet. Has been regularly serviced but needs a new filter before using. Cost over £1000 when purchased, we just don’t need it anymore. Please see shiny marketing photos and dimensions/ information included from booklet. Please see all photos for condition of stove which is in pretty good nick, glass door needs unscrewing and glass cleaned and top of stove has some marks on it. Cast Iron Esse electric fire, been in storage but sadly no room now. It’s has an electric fan with the heat coming out of the top, a lovely glow. Which you can have on separately. Bought quite a few years ago and was not cheap. Has to be gone asap, this weekend. Please note it’s heavy, two people to collect advised.
