23 years old, but still in good condition. After condo living with no pets, it does not have too much wear and tear. I still have a new filter, but I'll remove the vacuum bag, so you will need to purchase those. Nothing wrong with it, I just went cordless.

50ish inch TV (Downtown Naperville)

This is a 50 inch flatscreen Sony TV purchased around 13 years ago. It was the top of the line when purchased. It still works, but it is not a smart TV. I don't have the owners manual that I can find any longer. I do live on the 3rd floor, so if you are interested, I would need some assistance carry it downstairs.
