Cream faux leather desk chair. Shame the seat material has peeled away, but its still comfortable and you could use a small cushion.

Grey black out curtains with loops for curtain pole. measures roughy 7.5ft x 8ft. Thin and light but totally black out. They're good condition other than some strips sunshine lightening from when curtains were hanging. Didn't notice until took them down.
