Free: Insulated underfloor heating boards (Cambridge CB3) I have a few left over boards from installation of underfloor heating. They are 18mm thick insulated boards with grooves cut in them for the underfloor heating pipe. I have two full size 1200x600mm boards plus a number of offcuts. (This is the manufacturers page: /) They might be useful for someone just to lay over a small floor where the (admittedly relatively thin) insulation would be useful. For example I used some of the offcuts to board over the suspended wooden floor in our understairs cupboard which has hopefully stopped a bit of heat leaking out.

Free: Engineered wood floor boards (Cambridge CB3) Promised I have some old (> 10 years) 8 Howdens pale oak engineered wood floor boards, though they're in good condition. They are 16mm thick and 2200 x 130mm.

Free: Large desk (Cambridge CB3) Gifted Large desk with a return and an under desk pedestal. The pedestal has a filing drawer at the bottom, a regular sort of drawer in the middle and a thin pens etc drawer at the top. It is mounted on castors. 152cm wide and 122cm deep - note the depth is the full length of the return. Note that the desk can be disassembled quite easily but it is large and heavy so you will need appropriate transport and be sure you have enough space for it.
