Futon and frame (West side)
Full size (54" x 76") futon with oak frame. Futon and frame are in great shape. Futon could use a new cover. Easily folds into couch and back into bed. Frame is 30" deep in upright position and 34" high. 20" high in lower position. Foam mattress topper thrown in if you want it.

Children’s dresser. 4 drawers, light brown with white sides and top. 36”h x 33”w x 18”d. Good condition except for stickers on front.

True Time Teller antique clock (West side)

Antique pendulum wall clock. This clock does work, but needs winding. It’s been in our house for decades, but we moved and don’t have space for it. It’s a little worn, some of the numbers are half missing. But it’s a cool clock and we just want to give it a good home.
