Request: Breeze Blocks, Concrete Blocks (Broadclyst) Hi there, if you have some left over from a building project I am looking for 9 please to put under my water tank at the allotment. It doesn’t matter if they are imperfect as long as they are functional. Many thanks.

Free: Play Sand (Broadclyst) Gifted A part bag of play sand, weighs 11 kg. The bag has split so it has been double bagged into bin bags as it is quite heavy.

Free: Large Wheeled Bin (Broadclyst) Gifted This is an Exeter City Council refuse bin which was in our log store when we bought the house a number of years ago. It needs a good clean on the outside but is clean inside and is good and solid. It could be used as a water butt or for storage. Please note EDDC will not lift it as it’s an ECC bin but if you are in Exeter you could use it for its original purpose. I have asked both ECC and EDDC to take it away and neither were interested and EDDC confirmed I could give it away.

Request: Strimmer - battery or petrol (Broadclyst) Withdrawn If you are upgrading your strimmer this year I would love your old one for use at my allotment please. As I have no power at the allotment it would need to be battery powered or petrol, but I don’t mind what it look like as long as it works. Many thanks

Free: Garden Hose Holder (Broadclyst) Gifted A brand new freestanding garden hose holder. Currently on Amazon for £25.00. It has been unboxed as I needed the box to post a parcel so can’t return to Amazon!

Free: Large Logs (Broadclyst) Gifted A reasonable pile of large logs which would need to be split before they would fit in most wood burners. They have been in dry storage for a number of years so would be ready to burn this winter.

Free: Plant Pots (Broadclyst) Expired A range of used plant pots of various sizes (clearly we spend too much at the garden centre!). Mostly medium to large(ish) so a good size for potting on bedding, veggies, etc in the spring.

Free: Silicone Air Fryer Liners x 2 (Broadclyst) Expired One measures approx 22 cm x 22 cm x 7 cm One measures approx 20 cm x 17 cm x 7 cm Brand new, they just don’t fit my dinky air fryer.

Request: Scaffold Debris Netting (Broadclyst) Expired Hi all. I am looking for scaffold netting to use at my allotment, if a builder out there has some that has been used and will otherwise be disposed of I would be grateful to repurpose it to protect my brassicas. Many thanks.

Free: Curtains (eyelet) (Broadclyst) Expired 46” wide x 54” drop, 100% polyester fabric and lining. They are is shades of cream/beige/brown made to look like silk. There is a small rust mark on the lining which may come out but I haven’t tried, but it isn’t visible from the front anyway.

Free: Curtain Poles (Broadclyst) Gifted Cream rustic poles suitable for eyelet curtains. Extendable so photo shows smallest and widest positions, I haven’t measured but I think they would fit pretty much any window. Complete with fixings.
