Lovely green velvet arm chair. One leg needs attention and just needs someone a bit handy to reinforce it, then it is good to use. Currently on a first floor so will need to be carried down a flight of stairs.

Stylish pull out grey sofa bed on a silver base. It is currently in our first floor living room so will need two people to collect (Kemptown). Just push the back and it folds out into a bed.
