Free: Rolling dog carrier (Belltown) Gifted Telescoping arm. Zippered top. Can be detached from roller-platform. Removable/washable interior cushion. Side pocket. Shoulder strap. Just slightly too big for under an airline seat (otherwise, this is our favorite of the many we tried). 2600 2nd Ave between Cedar and Vine Streets.
