I’m Derek, a local artist on a mission to rescue forgotten art DVDs from dusty shelves and give them a second life in Ormskirk’s creative community. 📀 What I’m after: - Watercolour, acrylic, pastel, charcoal, or mixed media tutorials - Drawing techniques, artist profiles, studio walkthroughs - Anything by Hazel Soan, Charles Evans, Alwyn Crawshaw, or other brush-wielding legends 💡 Why it matters: These DVDs help fuel mentoring sessions, pop-up workshops, and public art events.

Request: Bonsai tree (Aughton Park L39) Expired I'd been growing an oak tree for 25 years, went away during this recent hot spell and came home to find tree had died due to lack of water. Not looking for a mature specimen, just something to replace the one I'd lost!

Request: Art materials (Aughton Park L39) Expired We're hoping to start an "Art Bank"( like a food bank), for people who want art materials but find it out of their budget, or don't want to buy expensive material to try out in case it's not something they're sure they'll use again. It doesn't have to be new as long as it's useable. So, if you have art or craft materials gathering dust in a corner of the loft, please consider donating it to our group, or if we're too far away, there will be a school or hospital that could make use of it.

We don't charge a fee to attend, but also all material free of charge. Any used or unwanted art materials would be welcome. Items like watercolour and oil paints, pastel or charcoal. Drawing paper etc. We are also looking for new people to come along and learn to enjoy art, so if you live in Ormskirk, please come along too.
