This is high quality, the same type used to protect NASCAR cars. It does not yellow over time. There are instructions both hard copy and QR code for a video tutorial. Application is easy: you spray the strips and surface with a solution, float into place, then use the squeegee to set it. See photo of the exact bits left over (the ones with green dots).
