large 2 seater sofa in brown leather, which has plenty of life left in it. Approx 190cm in length by 100cm deep. Although it has 2 seat cushions it can easily seat 3 adults in comfort. A few scratch marks on the back from our cat but not visible when against wall.

A space saver 16” spare tyre. Never used. Lighter and slimmer than a normal wheel to make carrying a spare, that bit easier and less bulky. Cover also included although cover is a bit bigger than the tyre itself
