Brown wood table with 4 side chairs and 2 chairs with arms. The chairs need some restoration - especially the chairs with arms. The table has two removable leaves - so it can comfortably accommodate 8 people or work as a much smaller table as the side panels fold down.

This has been in our family house since the 1970’s. We got it used so it may have been built a quite bit before then. When I looked up the company & type of piano (upright) they were last made in the 1940’s & it could be older. It was last tuned over 30 years ago. A pianist tried it in August and said that while it needs to be cleaned & tuned- it is a good piano. Piano H 56" L 63” W 28” Piano Bench H 20.25" L 30" W 14.25"

Vintage pressure canner -I don’t know that it’s still safe to use under pressure - however it could be safely used as a heavy pot and/or the other parts might be good to use in a more modern canner. Or someone might want it as a historical item. I am guessing that our neighbor, Mrs. Storm, an early resident of Cupertino, gave it to my mother- as I also found Mrs. Storm’s pamphlet on “modern canning”. The canner was probably last used over 40 years ago. We are moving soon- so I am posting in the hopes of finding it a good home.

The doors on the lower right side cabinet are missing It is somewhat modular and can be disassembled and reconfigured or moved. 1 box - most between the years of 2001-2022. Not in order. Only some issues. Background: My father had a subscription, he valued and read the magazine for many years - even after his 101st birthday. He died last year and sharing the magazines is part of sharing his legacy. I find it interesting to look through the older issues- a combination of history and what current events look like- after time has passed. The cartoons are always interesting to read.

This is a lift that a caregiver can use to help someone with mobility issues transfer between a bed, a chair, toilet, or bedside commode. The person being transported holds onto the horizontal bar and stands up, the two halves of the seat are then pivoted behind their bottom & they can sit/lean back and be transported. The person needs to be strong enough to stand and be able to follow directions. This wonderful lift was given to us by a friend- it made a very positive difference when I was working with my father when he came back from the hospital. I am happy to answer any questions- I want this to go to someone who will benefit from it as much as we did. It is bulky and heavy (~30 kg/65 lb)- so you will need an appropriate vehicle for transporting it.
