Family sized tent - with ground sheet and a sleeping bag. It is housed in a wheeled bag with pull handle. I don’t think we have assembly info and I haven’t been able to build it on my own. So it’s take it as is and I hope everything is there!

Two tracks with clip attachments 113cm wide and 114cm wide. One has the cord in the case the other doesn’t. There are 2 sets of blinds as well - They are POOR quality with some marks on both sets. One set has the plastic ‘joining chains’ at the bottom and the other one doesn’t but they might be useful to someone!!

12 cream baubles (boxed and unused) and 3 tree toppers. The tree toppers are quite heavy and difficult to secure in a normal tree but they could be useful to someone. The smaller star has some chipped areas

180 small bulb lights. 4-5 different sequences to choose. Most bulbs functional BUT the connection in the large BOX is FAULTY - they do work with some twiddling but they may or may not stay working. Someone with some skill should be able to fix the problem I think. Only just taken off our tree this year.

Battered but x but this hasn’t been used. A football boot brush that you fill with cleaning materials to make those muddy boots a bit easier to handle!!
