Well used but in a reasonable condition. Lovely soft velour type fabric that can be wiped clean. We preferred a firmer base so it has a sheet of wood under the cushions which is not particularly noticeable and which we will leave in if you wish. It is a very comfortable sofa. It has does have a few marks (most on one arm as seen) but nothing particularly noticeable. It has a fire safety label. Pet and smoke free home. Please note the cushions are not included. This is not top grade soil but it is quite reasonable. It would be ideal to put in the bottom of a veg bed for example. We have used some of it ourselves but what’s left is surplus to our requirements. We have a good number of strong compost bags you could use to bag it up with but you could also bring a few trugs etc.
