These are by a dumpster of the Shepherd Lane Apartments. We have the same type and they work great when full of water. They cost $80 new. Not sure the exact condition of these. PLEASE save them from the landfill BEFORE the trash gets collected! There is also a patio umbrella but it looks pretty rough and possibly in disrepair.
