Comfortable with mesh seating-- great in NC climate (no soggy cushions)...peeling brown finish can be spruced up with a little sanding and outdoor spray paint (have already done this several years ago and worked great)

Frame and seat foam are in great shape, but faux leather fabric is cracked and peeling on seats and arms - as seen in the photo. Could work great with a stretchy slipcover.
