Free: IKEA pasta pan (Highbury N5) Gifted Very useful pasta pan that we can no longer use because it doesn’t work on an induction hob. The lid has holes in one side of it and slides into place to attach to the pan. When your pasta is cooked, you lock the lid into place and drain the water out. Brilliant! Diameter 23cm; depth 17cm. Free: Green cycle bags (Highbury N5) Gifted Two small (22cm) long, cylindrical bags that have Velcro straps that are supposed to attach to bike handle bars. They have a clear pocket for putting your phone into; also a shoulder strap. We bought them online but never got on with them, they didn’t fit our bikes! One very damaged (hubby used it as a kind of man bag when cycling for a few months until he found something better), the other has never been used. Collect from Highbury London N5.

Free: Small glass ramekins x 8 (Highbury N5) Expired These come free with a brand of yummy desserts called Gü. We eat a shameful quantity of these and every few weeks have to throw out the ramekins because otherwise they’d take over the flat! Can anyone use them for any purpose at all? If there are no takers I guess I’ll just have to keep putting them out in the recycling bin every now and then…

Free: Tescos Beef and Broccoli Stroganoff (Highbury N5) Gifted This is a frozen meal designed to be cooked from frozen (takes 10 minutes to cook, apparently). It was left by a guest and we don’t eat beef. Best before date is February 2024. Because it has to be cooked from frozen I guess to be carefully organised, but we are in and out often!
