Free: Pole branch trimmer (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) Gifted This is one of those dual function branch trimmers. It has the saw plus the clipper operated by pulling on the rope. Unexpected, it’s about 6’ long and extended. It’s about 10 or 11’ long.

Free: Door hinges (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) Gifted These are 14 3 1/2” interior door hinges. They are used and somehow have a bit of paint on them, but they are still in good shape. Really

Free: Wood drawer, bucket (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) I’m not sure what to call this, but it was a homemade drawer in the basement of the house we purchased and remodeled. You can put shelves in it, use it to store miscellaneous items in a garage, etc. Dimensions are. 13” c 31”x 7” deep. It appears to be made of 3/4” plywood with a 1/2” plywood bottom so it’s pretty sturdy.

Free: Hot water radiator (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) We recently remodeled and had to remove this radiator. It’s 10” wide, and 36” tall.

Free: Self adhesive roofing paper (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) Gifted These are two remnants of roles my roofer used. It’s self adhesive, ice, and water block. Not sure how much is left in the troll, but it’s not worth throwing away.

Free: Stair treads (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) Gifted There are five, old solid pine stair treads. Dimensions are 32” x7 1/2”. The sixth thread only right in the photo is 29” x 11”. Also solid pond from our house that we just remodeled dating from the 1930s.

Free: Corrugated perforated drain pipe (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) Gifted As shown in the photo, three pieces of corrugated, perforated drain pipe. Two shorter pieces are about 5’ long and the third piece is about 10’ long.

Free: Tile scraper (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) Gifted This is designed and sold by the big box stores as a tile scraper – to scrape off tile and thin set in preparation for retailing a floor. Of course, it could have other uses given its nature.

Free: Computer keyboard desk (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) Gifted As shown any photo. Keyboard, Ray slides out. The right slide is missing a screw that holds the keyboard tray up, but there is a temporary one in its place. And easy fix, I just don’t have the time to mess with it. 31” tall and.26” wide

Free: Small metal lock box – no key (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) Expired I’ve been caring this around for decades, but never had the key, nor anything to keep in it. It’s going to metal recycling unless somebody wants it. Relatively thick metal. Dimensions are about 11 inches wide, 8 inches long and 4 inches deep.

Free: Front porch grass bell (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) Gifted As shown in the photo, this is a nautical theme solid brass bell that is intended to be installed on a front porch or similar. However, it can obviously be installed anywhere.

Free: Mirror (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) Gifted As shown any photo. Dimensions are. 11” w x 17”. It used to have a bracket to hang the mirror on the wall, but it came off sometime ago.

Free: flashlight & lantern (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) Gifted As shown in the photo, this is a battery powered lantern that takes 8 C batteries. Our daughter used it for Girl Scout camping a few times and we no longer need it. The flashlight takes 4 C batteries. I believe the lantern is a fluorescent type compact bulb, and the flashlight is the regular older style incandescent bulb

Free: Basement window (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) Expired We replaced this basement window with a new one, but this is still solid, and in good shape, though old and probably original to the house. Dimensions are 35 1/2” wide x 23 1/2”high.

Free: Pine stair treads (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) Gifted We disassembled an old set of stairs, leading to our basement and have 8 stair treads. Dimensions are. 32” wide. X 11 1/4” deep, and 1” thick. These stairs are probably original to the house so are likely 85 to 90 years of solid pine.

Free: Ipe deck boards 2 (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St) Gifted These are two Ipe boards left over from a project plus 1 rail spindle. The deck boards are about. 80” Long and the rail spindle about. 40”.
