I just don't like throwing food away! Shoe for size. Grew this at our allotment to enter into a competition but we don't want to eat it (we've had A LOT of courgettes this last month!). So I'm hoping someone else would like to make soup with it or enter it into another competition 😄...it's too good to end up on the compost pile!
