Free: Elderberries (HA9) Expired Not giving these away myself but collected a bucketful in Monks Park (near Stonebridge Park station); discovered countless trees there on Saturday - more berries than I care to imagine 🤷🏼‍♂️ Elderberry is great medicine, esp. when fermented. You can obviously also take some cuttings to propagate a tree for yourself 😎

Free: Jerusalem Artichoke / Sun Chokes (HA9) Gifted From 3 tubers planted early this year I got this. Can apparently stay in the ground indefinitely so makes for great emergency/survival food. Will produce massive sunflower like plants in spring/summer. Take as much or as little as you need. Update: last few remaining.
