Free: Pull down spray boiling water tap - chrome (Saltdean BN2) Gifted Intu pull-down spray boiling water tap. Also can be used for filtered water. Doesn't come with boiling water tank or filter, but understand there are standard fittings for these. PLEASE NOTE: The pressure of teh hot and cold water is quite low, which is why we changed it. Otherwise is works fine. All bits needed included as far as I'm aware (except filter and boiling water tank).

Free: 600mm spirit level (Saltdean BN2) Expired There is a slight deviation in measurement. Pictures 2 and 3 show the level flipped round 180 degrees. The bubble is in a slightly different position. But it's still good enough for most things.

Free: Double bed set: Bed and mattress (GU10) Expired Mattress 135cm wide. Frame 210cm x 155cm ( wing projection 30cm each). Wing tip to tip 216 cm (overall width). Please note, the bed needs some new slats, but the condition is ok overall.

Free: Tripple wardrobe (Saltdean BN2) Gifted Now taken apart and ready for collection. We managed to transport it in a honda civic with the long bits going over the passenger seat. Has served us well over the years, and still works fine. Dimensions: Roughly 160cm wide, 60cm deep, 205cm tall.
