Flat screen TV with small fault (Dunchurch CV22)
Samsung 37" TV (not smart). Working fine, picture and tuner are good - you can watch programmes but it has a "shadow" in top left corner (possibly failed backlighting LED?). It has its original remote but no cables (other than power). NOT AVAILABLE OVER EASTER WEEKEND.

Bathroom suite: sink and toilet (Dunchurch CV22)
Gifted
White suite by Ideal Standard. Toilet with close-coupled cistern, and full-sized hand basin with pedestal; both with a sort of clam-shell design (see pictures). Also various accessories like cistern fill and flush valves, basin waste trap, and toilet seat - these are probably functioning, but I can't guarantee it, so may need to be replaced. There are no taps, or cistern handle, etc. The whole lot has stood outside for a while - I've hosed them down, so they're certainly clean enough for an installation, but will need proper cleaning (with bathroom cleaning products) when commissioning.

These are all used, and in reasonable condition - most need cosmetic cleaning, because they've been lying around for a long time, some have paint (emulsion) that needs cleaning off. A couple of bits are brand new in packaging. They all have to go as a lot - I'm not interested in splitting them up. If you're interested in only one or two items, feel free to take the lot and re-advertise those bits you don't want.
