3 Person Sofa Bed (SE3)
Giving away this 3 person sofa bed. There is nothing wrong with it, I am just getting another sofa delivered soon. It is modular, and the recliner can be swapped to the opposite side and the armrests are slot out removable. So you could make it into just the sofa, or just the recliner, or put them together as pictured. It can be pulled away from the wall and laid flat for someone to sleep on. The last tennant left it for me when I moved in. I replaced the old wobbly legs with pictured metal ones which are SOLID now with no movement. You can see some pulls on the material, and the recliner has some lumpy padding from being used - I find it comfy with pillows. All in all, has lots of use left and looks nice with a blanket or two :) I can help to carry it out, but 2 people is best to come and collect. I live in a basement flat, but stairs can be avoided by going out of the back way - I can organise this with some advance warning for when pick up will be. Plant stand floor to ceiling (SE3)

Floor to ceiling plant stand. It is a tension pole design so you don't need to screw anything in as the pole will hold itself up. It comes with 4 adjustable platforms and an arm to hang things off. Sadly the cream colour has gone a little yellow in the sun, but otherwise in great working order. Nice way to hold a bunch of plants in a vertical space.

Pick up only I'm afraid, and you will probably need a couple of people to carry this as it is quite heavy! I live in a basement flat and will need help getting it to the ground floor.

Giving away X3 draught excluders. They are weighted and patterned light blue. Unfortunately are a bit dirty on the underside as they were used on windows with gaps under, so they took the brunt of the outside. Otherwise in good condition.
