Free: HP M2727NF Laser Print Copy Scan (Near Fallowfield & Greenbank) This device which was manufactured as a business-class workhorse has had relatively little usage but it recently developed an issue that allows it to still function but requires frequent restarts. One of its circuit boards likely has an overaged component (a capacitor). Everything works fine but after several hours of being idle, the priniter's firmware initiates a self cleaning cycle which stalls during the process. The only way to recover is to turn the power switch off and on. Replacing the circuit board would likely cost more than a new printer, although a person with electronic experience could entertain replacing the defective component for about $10. This printer has been using 3rd party toner cartridges which cost $24 each and are good for about 3000 pages. Original cartridges from HP cost $160 each, which you don't need but you should be aware of. The printer does have a brand new 3rd party toner cartridge in it now. This model does NOT have wi-fi / wireless. It connects to your computer or your network with either an ethernet cable or USB cable. It comes in it's original box with original user manual. Driver software for both PC and MAC and pdf manuals can be downloaded from HP's website. This device weighs 45 lbs / 100 kgs.

Free: rt composite trim head screws (Near Fallowfield & Greenbank) Gifted #8 x 2 1/2" RT Composite Trim Head Screws - 90 screws + T-10 Bit. These screws are typically used to secure plywood subfloors to the joists below them. They have a section of reverse threads at the top that help lock the pieces of wood together so that they never come loose on their own. The screws are ideal for eliminating squeeking / creeking floors. Included in the package is a Torx-10 driver bit.

Free: Backup Power Supply (Near Fallowfield & Greenbank) Gifted APC XC1300 120V AC Backup power supply 1300 W designed for backup AC or other AC supplied electronics computers. This unit is perfectly function BUT the battery pack is dead and not included. A new battery pack can be purchased from APC or from Amazon that carries many 3rd party suppliers or from a local battery seller. A set of new batteries can cost anywhere from $45 to $125 depending on the source you choose.

Free: Stainless Steel BBQ (Near Fallowfield & Greenbank) Gifted For Repurposing, Parts, or Scrap Metal. This is a Ducane Stainless Steel BBQ that was working fine but has not been used in 3 or 4 years. It may still function but it may need some work. It can also be used for scrap metal or spare parts. It has heavy duty steel grill. The base has 4 wheels to help move this heavy BBQ. There is no propane tank in it. The unit is sitting on the edge of the curb available on a 1st come basis. Tomorrow morning is regular waste collection so I can not say if a metal recycler will discover it during the night.

Free: king size mattress (Near Fallowfield & Greenbank) Gifted I am no longer able to sleep on a high-end coil mattress. I have a King Size - LaPensee Luxury Comfort Series Mattress, which is in excellent shape. It is a two-sided mattress (useable on both sides). It has been lightly used with only just a single sleeper. It does not have a single mark on it because, since purchased, it has always been covered by a double set of 6-layer waterproof + antibacterial mattress protectors. The mattress has never exposed to any liquid or food whatsoever (nor has the bed). The mattress is available but, I do not have a box/base and I do not have a mattress cover to offer you. I do not have any ability to transport it. The mattress size is size is 76” x 80” x 14” = 6’4” x 6’8” x 1’2” and it is heavy. Two strong adults would be required to move it. It is in a thin plastic mattress bag for transport and ready to go.

Free: High Quality Coffee Beans - 2 kg+ (Near Fallowfield & Greenbank) Gifted Cafe William whole coffee beans, medium-dark roast. I can no longer drink coffee so I would like to offer my most recent supply to anyone who likes to grind and brew their own. I have 2 new sealed packages of 1 kg each. I have a 3rd package which has been opened, approx 100 grams (10%) poured out, and the package resealed and available if you would like the opened one.

Free: 4 winter tires on rims (Near Fallowfield & Greenbank) Gifted 4 Michelin X-ICE winter tires mounted on rims and previously balanced. Size is 205/65/R16. Manufactured in 2016-2018. Moderately used and I can only estimate that about 1/2 tread life remains. All in visibly great condition.

Free: 14 New Fluorescent Lights FT40 (Near Fallowfield & Greenbank) Gifted Brand new Fluorescent lights, standard 40 watt, 48" in length. Temperature is 6500K Daylight (bright white light). Brand is Philips. These are NOT electronic solid state, just conventional fluorescent lights.
