Countertop electric hob. Hotpoint / Schott Ceran. Measures 58cm wide x 51cm deep, but probably fits a slightly smaller hole. Good working order, but 2x chips to glass on one ring (see photos). Can also give you a cable for it if you need.

A high quality glass / wooden door with a brass handle on the front and yale lock on the back. Comes with 1x key. Currently configured so that it opens inwards to the right, but can be rehung. Measures 1973 x 754 mm, so "standard" size 6ft 6" x 2ft 6"

2 tubes of Soudafix P300-SF. Was shipped to me last week but expired Feb 2024. I can't use it as my needs are safety critical, but it would still be perfectly usable for standard structural use. Each tube comes with a mixer nozzle. Uses a standard caulk gun.
