Free: 3 drawer filing cabinet (Sutton SM1) 3 drawer filing cabinet, perfect functional condition. There are some scratches and other marks and the lock has been removed, none of which effect the operation of the cabinet.

Free: Hobby tablr (Sutton SM1) Gifted 120cm x 75cm 73cm height. The top not in great condition, could be sanded and painted. I have removed the legs to make it easier to transport. The top is solid despite the splits, these can be filled if upcycled, or, just use as a hobby table.

Free: Cot (Sutton SM1) Gifted I got this cot for my son, unaware that he had been given another one. The photo is not of the actual cot, just to demonstrate what it will look like once assembled. It is currently disassembled ideal and ready for transportation. All of the screws and key are present to reassemble. The colour is light grey, no damage anywhere, but it will require a new mattress. This should fit into any vehicle from a medium hatchback upwards.

Free: Beko electric cooker (Sutton SM1) Gifted Black. Model BD531AK. 4 hot plates working (2 small & 2 large) Oven works, grill/small oven has a fault. It has given me faithful service for a long time, I’ve now replaced it. FREE to collect. Height = 90cm Width = 49.5cm Depth = 59cm + another 4cm for the handles. I have attached a replacement handle for the lower oven, although it’s not the correct one it does the job, and perfectly safe. It will need a good clean.
