Old headphones (Ann Arbor Northwest Side)
The over-ear ones still work, the other I can't verify because it has a smaller than standard headphone jack (see picture for comparison). The foam on the over-ear headphones started to wear, hence being covered with some T-shirt scraps. Contactless porch pick-up

Non-toxic kitchen items (Ann Arbor Northwest Side)
Kitchen items from a home that only uses non-toxic products. Several of the kitchen items are plastic-free, most have no plastic where food would touch (exceptions are food dehydrator and blender). Nothing with toxic "non-stick" surfaces. Nothing fancy, but do have a few speciality items among the basics. We haven't made a complete inventory, but let us know the kinds of things you're seeking, and we'll find if we can help! It may take some time to sort through everything, so your patience is appreciated. Fair offer policy applies, and we'll wait a bit before responding to any messages. Thanks!

Boom box and tapes/CDs (Ann Arbor Northwest Side)

Please note the boom box does work BUT the cable is very loose and often takes a lot of jiggling to get the power steady. Maybe be possible to stabilize with some electrical tape. Tapes and mix CDs, ten blank CDs, and some too scratched to play and suitable only for repurposing. One random floppy disk that I have no idea what the contents are. Some DVD rips also. Priority to someone who will responsibly repurpose or recycle these items when no longer usable. Hoping to part with all of these together, but willing to consider splitting up at a later time. Free:
Non-toxic books (Ann Arbor Northwest Side)
Some low-plastic and plastic-free books available for plastic-sensitive folks. Please indicate what genres you would be interested in, and we can provide a more specific list of titles for you to select from! Genres include: Classic and contemporary novels, classic and contemporary plays, classic and contemporary poetry, classic and contemporary short stories, young adult novels, children's chapter books (illustrated and non-illustrated), and a wide variety of non-fiction (children and adult) including environmentalism/nature, health/wellness, DIY, dictionaries, politics, and many biographies/autobiographies. More books available than are photographed! Books are easily contaminated with the increasingly toxic chemicals found in everyday products for things like laundry, general cleaning, air "freshening," lawn care, and body care. These can cause all sorts of health problems, many of which can go undetected for a long time. If your household uses conventional products, getting low-toxin books won't do much good, because the toxins from the products will soon get into the paper. Since books cannot be washed, even "a little" contamination usually means that they are contaminated permanently. Whether or not you are chemically sensitive, if your household uses only non-toxic products and are committed to working to keep the books usable for everyone, please don't be shy about taking as many as you want! In messaging with your interest, please indicate that you are specifically seeking low-toxin books for this purpose.
