Free: Old but unopened pain remedies (Hintonburg) Helping a friend clear out his medicine cabinet…. These pain remedies are old but, in my experience, they seem to last forever. All of them are still sealed. Expiry dates are shown in brackets. Rub A535 ice spray (2016) Rub A535 extra strength cream (2014) Deep relief ice cold spray (2016) Take some or all.

Free: Washable Slip-proof mat (Hintonburg) Gifted 45 inches long, 29 inches wide. Some rubber backing is missing (see photos). Originally a bathmat, but might be best used at the entrance to a basement or garage.

Free: Wool blanket with holes (Hintonburg) Promised Virgin wool blanket. A couple of large holes and a small stain. Also the cotton border is ratty, but could be cut off. Hoping someone can repurpose it if no one wants it on their bed. Many decades old.

Free: Letter size file folders (Hintonburg) Gifted 8 1/2 x 11 file folders made from recycled paper. 75 left in the box but willing to divide them up.

Free: large ceramic bowl (Hintonburg) Sturdy ceramic bowl. Approximately 10 square inches. Good place to store keys and other small items as you come in the door. Has a few very small chips around the edges.

Free: Unopened Cetaphil skin cleanser (Hintonburg) Gifted For sensitive skin. 220 ml. Don’t know when it was bought, but it doesn’t seem to have an expiry date.

Free: 4 large towels (Hintonburg) There are two identical bath towels with the name Ramsay on them that are in good condition but have some pulls in them. (See first photo). The other two towels are very large and have acorn stains on them. It may or may not be possible to remove the stains.

Free: Sleeping bag (Hintonburg) Chocolate brown with green plaid on the underside. Zipper needs fixing, and the seam is undone in a couple of places along the sides (see photo). Maybe a quilter would like to repurpose it. Or you can mend the sides and just use it as a blanket. Was laundered recently, but an airing wouldn’t hurt it.

Free: Reversible kid’s bedspread (Hintonburg) Queen size reversible bedspread for a child or a child at heart featuring Tigger from Winnie the Pooh. Predominantly green on one side and predominantly blue on the other. Has a hole about the size of a golf ball that could be patched with a scrap of cotton. Has been laundered, but could use an airing out.

Free: Large all-season wreath (Hintonburg) Gifted 19 inches in diameter. Made of strong twigs and decorated with eucalyptus leaves and dried flowers. Metal hook on top for hanging. Needs a good cleaning. Approximately 35 years old but very good condition.

Free: Mystery object (Hintonburg) Gifted Plastic thingamabob. 14 inches left to right, 9 inches top to bottom. Don’t remember what it’s for. Possibly related to a microwave. Hoping someone has a use for it.

Free: Queen size woollen blanket (Hintonburg) Gifted Pink, blue, yellow, and white pattern. Has lots of pulls on it, but no holes and it will definitely keep you warm. Made in Lachute, Quebec many decades ago. Brand name is Ayers. Very interesting history.

Free: Pure wool blanket (Hintonburg) Gifted 100% virgin wool. Queen size. Main part of blanket is in perfect condition. Extension has a small hole and stains on either side. Could be removed and re-sewn.. Satin border on extension is slightly frayed. Kenmore brand. Made in factory in Arnprior which closed down in 1996 after more than 75 years.

Free: Lightweight reversible quilt (Hintonburg) Expired Queen size. Lime green on one side; royal blue on the other. Two not very noticeable small holes in two of the corners. (See photo). Has been laundered, but could do with an airing.

Free: 3 spatulas (Hintonburg) Gifted Well-used but still have some life in them. The one on the far left has been given away. The second from the left is metal and the two on the right are plastic. Take some or all.

Free: Two spatulas (Hintonburg) Gifted Not 100% sure that the wooden one is a spatula. It’s 12 inches long. The other one is 10 inches long, but the rubber is starting to deteriorate so either or both of these might be better suited for repurposing.

Free: Barbeque tools # 1 (Hintonburg) Gifted Barbecue tongs. Both are in very good condition and approximately 16 inches. Take one or both.

Free: Barbecue tools # 2 (Hintonburg) Gifted Very large BBQ tools. One on left is 18 “, middle one is 16 “ and has a serrated edge and fork is 12”. First two are in very good condition, fork is tarnished. Take one or all.
