Glass light fittings (Monkseaton NE25 8SU.) Two flush ceiling light fittings. Smaller one is approx. 28cms diameter, and is clear glass in style of flower with a yellow edge. Comes complete with bulb. Larger one is approx. 70cms in width, and is chrome with six smoked grey glass shades. It is fitted with six new bulbs. Both in very good condition, they just don't go with new decor.

Small wooden table (Monkseaton NE25 8SU.) Gifted Wooden hall/bedroom table. H65 x W65 D40 (cms) with drawer and shelf. Solid wood, sturdy but now shabby rather than shabby chic! All it needs is a decent coat of paint. Slightly too big for the small hall in my new flat.

1litre oil-based Crown satin paint (Monkseaton NE25 8SU.) Expired 1 litre Crown Trade oil-based satin finish paint. Shade Creme de la Rose. This is a very pretty shade of pale pink paint. Unfortunately I ordered oil-based by mistake (I only use water-based paint) This is a full litre of very good quality paint by Crown Trade. It has been opened but none used.

3 Seater Sofabed (Monkseaton NE25 8SU.) Gifted Red/rust coloured sofabed. Some minor damage on side of mattress, does not hamper its function. Fire safety label torn off by a grandchild! Bed area is classed as small double. Width of sofa is approx 1.65 metres (73 inches).

13.5 tog king-size duvet (Monkseaton NE25 8SU.) Gifted Silent Night Ultra Bounce 13.5 king-size duvet. Almost new. Bought in August 2024. One tiny hole in cover, see photo. Lightweight, but warm.
