Free: Le Creuset 30cm casserole dish (chipped enamel) (East Village E20) Gifted Le Creuset cast iron casserole dish - 30cm diameter (quite big and very heavy!). Note: The non-stick enamel coating has chipped on the inside of the pot (you can see this in the photo). It may be recoverable by seasoning the exposed cast iron - basically, apply a thin layer of oil and put in the over at high temperature to seal. Collection only from Olympic Park, Stratford.

Free: Thermal cooking pot (East Village E20) Gifted I have two thermal cooking pots available. These pots cook food through residual heat - so you start cooking on the hob then transfer the pot to the insulated container, and let it slow cook for hours. This helps save electricity costs and prepares healthier food since all nutrients are retained. They are also useful for camping, picnics or bringing to a pot-luck party! The large one is 5.5L and massive - good for a large family or with guests over. The small one is 2.5L and suitable for 2-3 people. You're welcome to collect either pot, or both.
