Either indoor or outdoor. 32" wide by 80" high. Either just door or with pre-hung frame. Either with or without handles/locks. Solid or insulated preferred. Preferred with at least some window/glass in it. To replace a door with broken glass in it. We need a left hand out-swing swing (see diagram).

Folding guest bed frame twin size (West Bloomfield Township)

Solid metal frame. Wheels do roll. It opens and closes. Very heavy; you will need a helper. We cannot help load. It has rusty spots; you can spray it with rust primer. No mattress available. You can buy foam or regular mattress. 40” x 75” is a twin mattress. Stores folded, opens for use. Great for overnight guests, cabin, cottage, basement, Airbnb, etc. FCFS. No holds. POOS. Will remove post when it is gone. Currently at curb. Size: 39.5” wide across(width of the mattress). Open or folded. 15” long when sides are folded up. 74” long ( length of mattress) when opened flat. That is 6 feet and 2 inches long. You will need a truck/van/large SUV. When contacting, let me know when you might be available to pick up in the West Bloomfield area. Example: Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning.

A little separation of the laminate in one area, minor spots on chair seat material ( could probably clean). All sold real wood, EXCEPT for the laminate top(easy to clean). Epson Stylus Pro 4000 printer (West Bloomfield Township)

Large size printer to make bigger sized photo print. Ink cartridges (old and partially used, installed a long time ago) included. Printer does power on. Printed well the last time it was used, but that was a long time ago and it has been sitting in storage. Just taking up space. Has normal wear. There is a big ding in the paper roller tray on the metal; looks like it would be pretty easy to hammer it back flat if needed. The printer's menu shows that there is still some ink in the cartridges. You will need to look online to find out where to buy more ink and to get information about using the printer. We used it to make high quality prints at home. Can print on cut sheets of paper or a roll. We do not have any paper anymore. You will have to get your own paper. Very large; very heavy. Bring larger vehicle and a helper. We cannot help you load. FCFS; no holds. POOS It is currently sitting on the curb. Will take down this listing when it is gone. Let me know when you are coming and I will provide directions.
