Small Raj ceramics toilet. Perfect working order. My builder installed this but it didn't fit properly, so he got another and left this one here. So annoying but hopefully someone can make use of it. It has a seat, cistern and all the connections.

Uponor insulated water pipe. This is super insulated 145mm external diameter pipe around a 25mm clean water pipe. It is 6 metres long. I bought it for £330 for an exterior tap but don't need it anymore.

Beautiful Puji teak table and matching cabinet. It kills me to give this away but we don't have space. The table would make a wonderful restoration project (if only I had the time!) and the cabinet is fully functional and in good condition. Both to go together please and will need transport. Table is 200cm long x 101.5cm wide x 80cm high. Cabinet is 100cm long x 40cm wide x 90cm high.

So I am not too sure what this is. Other than it is used to waterproof under showers. There is a waterproof membrane, 5m2. And a 5L tub of some complex chemical. It was surplus from our bathrooms being renovated and the builders have left it. Please feel free to make use of it!

Metal bath, 180cm long x 80cm wide x 50cm deep. It needs a bit of a clean up but is lovely and solid. It used to have a stone surround stuck to the top so you can see the remains of adhesive which I am sure can be removed. It has 4 small feet, one of which is a bit broken but could be fixed.
