Technics digital piano (Combe Down) Promised 23 years old but being digital, it sounds as perfect as ever! Volume control, loads of settings, full size piano. There are scuffs and marks on the exterior but the keys are perfect - the lid also works to keep it neat. It originally came with a stand that had pedals but this has long gone. I have just had it on a desk - though it is pretty heavy. I have loved having this piano so am hoping someone might want it before it goes in a skip. I need it collected by this weekend. Thanks!

Hardwood flooring with underlay (Combe Down) Gifted A small amount of leftover brand new engineered oak flooring with sound reduction underlay. Each click plank measures 164cm x 20cm and there are seven whole planks plus a few off cuts. So comfortably 164cm x 140cm - enough for a porch or something. It is lovely floor! It has been kept indoors in an ambient temperature and lying flat.

IKEA rugs x 2 (Combe Down) Gifted Two mid - light blue IKEA rugs. We have cats so the condition is ok but used. They have been washed with a carpet cleaner. One big (about 1.8m x 1.2m) and one smaller.

Sink (Combe Down) Gifted This sink arrived broken (as shown in pictures). We have been sent a replacement and told to get rid of this one. Before we chuck it, is it of any use to anyone? The crack would need some clever fixing. All the plumbing is there.

Packing boxes (Combe Down) Gifted At least 15 good packing boxes from Argos and used once. Several other boxes slightly torn but more than useable if taped up. Lots of bubble wrap too.

Baby changing table drawers (Combe Down) Gifted A white baby changing table with three cubby holes and two drawers. Measures: 50cm x 87cm x 94cm. The drawers are a bit stiff and the bottom drawer when closed is slightly off square. Otherwise it’s pretty good condition.

Russell Hobbs Mini Fridge with freezer compartment (Combe Down) Gifted Black Russell Hobbs mini fridge with small freezer compartment measuring: 44cm x 51cm x 63cm. In good working order with slight wear and tear, most noticeably a cosmetic scratch on the door.

An IKEA double bed with sprung mattress (Combe Down) Gifted Simple white IKEA bed frame measuring 150cm wide x 200cm long x 100cm headboard height with sprung mattress. Hardly used. Bed frame dismantles into headboard, footboard, sides, slats.

Hair dye (Combe Down) Gifted A mix of hair bleaching products, all used but with a lot left in each bottle. Also, a hair device - I don't know whether it's a curler or straightener or both!! Sorry, please look at the photos. They were left behind by a lodger.
